Variations of Music fits Our blog can be seen as a way to express opinions on recent releases of musical artists work. Whether it be albums, fresh songs, music videos or even news about a particular artist. Mainly we are focusing on the album’s. At times there will be links included in a blog to show footage or a music video. The reason behind chosing to use Google’s blogspot was since we are not familiar with the blogging scene. Of course we are able to alter little html, such as the basic bold, italicize, underline, or even change the font size. But since that is not advance enough Jenae and I decided that we needed a system that was comprehendible and simple to operate. Also we wanted to use blogspot for its diversability in creativity. When approaching to post a new blog, one is able to either accessorize their font or one is able to even add pictures, video, or change the html. The layout of one’s blog can be changed to fit a person’s own personality. Meaning if you are not loving the generic templates given, one can alter to fit a personal style. We choose plain white as our background so then it will be acceptable by all readers. We choose to use red and orange and mild accent colors because not only are they both or our favorite colors, but because they are warm and inviting. When posting a blog about a certain artist, we will include the cover art, so then the readers will have a visual aid to their decision to listen to that artist on top of our description of the music as well as our recommendation of the musical artist in our blogs.
We choose to discuss music since it is loved by many people, if not each individual. There is no specific genre we chose to discuss. We wanted to keep an open mind to all genre’s. Although to narrow down with album to choose, we are basing our analysis on the iTunes Top 10 for the week of the posted blog. Meaning, we will chose an artist amongst that Top 10 list. We are not going to keep that as a rule though. Meaning that if one of our follower’s or even a random commenter is leaving a response on a blog, and then that reader recommends a certain artists work or the above, we will grant their request to the fullest as an exception to iTunes Top 10 list. Whether that recommendation is on a current, recently released album, or even just a loved album from years in the past. We hope to open up our readers’ mind to accept different genres of music. So in order to keep our readers’ interested we will post music of different genres.
